digestible (adj.)

🔍easy to understand

容易理解的,易懂的 

🔍easy to digest
容易消化的

📝You should only eat food that's easily digestible after the surgery.

手術後你應該只吃容易消化的食物。


recuperating (v.)

🔍to become well again after an illness; to get back your strength, health, etc.
恢復;復原;康復📝She spent a month in the country recuperating from/after the operation.

她手術後在鄉間休養了一個月。 


strategically (adv.)

🔍in a way that helps to achieve a plan, for example in business or politics
有助于計劃成功地;戰略(性)地📝Central Asia is a fragile region, politically weak but strategically important.中亞是一個脆弱的地區,政治薄弱,但具有重要的戰略意義。
🔍in a way that provides military forces with an advantage

4 meditation  (n.)

🔍the act of giving your attention to only one thing, either as a religious activity or as a way of becoming calm and relaxed
默念,冥想📝She practises meditation.

 🔍serious thought or study, or the product of this activity

沉思,深思📝The book is a meditation on the morality of art.這本書探討了藝術道德。

 

hardship (n.)

🔍(something that causes) difficult or unpleasant conditions of life, or an example of this
艱苦,困難📝A strong man will bear hardship without complaining.
 一個堅強的人會忍受困苦而不抱怨。

  1. Put a time cap and have a goal. 
  2. Make a reward system.
  3. Tie in reading and listening with another skill or activity you enjoy doing.
  4. Choose things that you like.
  5. Make reading and listening to a game.

Hello everyone, I am Lily , I am 19 years old, and my zodiac sign is Scorpio . ♏ I'm from Hsinchu , do you have any fellow villagers? 😍 If I have time, I will go out and  take some pictures📷 , eat delicious food especially  dessert 🍩, and cut a video for the tour.
